From his leadership roles in soccer and music at a young age, to co-leading Speck Products to become a leader in iPod accessories, and now lead consultant at Transformance Business Consulting, Raj’s life focus has been on helping people reach their dreams and having fun while doing it. Raj believes in the limitless potential of a company with empowered employees and clear direction.
Niren has been living the continuum from law to transformation for 35 years. He was formerly a partner at Manatt, Phelps in Los Angeles and Drexler & Toelkes in Oakland, CA, as well as personal attorney to Osho Rajneesh, and is a certified and experienced mediator and NLP practitioner. Niren provides legal counsel and planning, and generates many of our experiential processes. “Being present changes everything.”
Gabrielle has built her career on her passion to make a difference for people. She has enjoyed a fruitful career in growth and development based on the foundation of a Master's Degree in Education with an emphasis in Counseling & Guidance. She has over 15 years of experience in learning theory and has been teaching time management and goal setting for nearly a decade. Making the "How To" of success, simple and fun, has long been her focus.
